Quinn Williams Construction

Quinn Williams Construction is a general contracting construction company that specializes in residential remodeling and additions. Owner Quinn Williams graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science in 1994 and has been in the construction business in the Bryan/College Station area ever since. He built new homes as well as multi-family dwellings for the first 10+ years of his career. His wife, Kim (of 27 years), also a Texas A&M graduate - class of 1992 Business/Management - joined the business full-time in 2014. Both Quinn and Kim are natives of College Station. They have raised three children here, 2 of whom are also Texas A&M graduates while the third is still in college.

Quinn began his career with long-time local homebuilder, Tony Jones who “taught him the ropes”. In 2000, he went on his own and focused on new residential construction. Between 2006 and 2014, Quinn slowly redirected his focus to remodeling and additions partly to help locals get quality workmanship and fair pricing but mainly due to the passion that he and Kim have for rehabbing old homes in established Bryan/College Station neighborhoods. Kim decided to come on board full time in 2014 after a nine-year, full time elementary school teaching career. Ever since, they have stayed busy with people who love their neighborhood and/or their lot and their house but want to improve their quality of living as well as the value of their investment.

Quinn Williams Construction is a Design/Build company so they can draw your existing floor plan and make modifications and/or additions so that you can see and approve any new designs and improvements. Kim is instrumental in the design and selection process including all finishes from roofing, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, flooring, hardware, etc… Kim also has a home decor boutique (Kimports) that is open on “First Friday” weekends as well as special occasions. She and her partner Kim provide house staging services as well.

Quinn and Kim are passionate about remodeling and adding onto houses but they are certainly not limited to that. They still build new custom homes and perform some light commercial construction and remodeling. Because they have been in College Station for 50+ years and been in the construction business for 30+ years, Quinn and Kim have the resources and connections to provide you with the highest quality materials as well as the most reliable and accountable subcontractors with the highest workmanship expectations.
